Meet The Face Behind Rose Tax & Accounting Service

I’m Louise Rose, the proud owner of Rose Tax & Accounting Service.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

When I was completing my accounting course, I found taxation to be the most interesting part and decided to help individuals and businesses with their tax needs. After I received my qualifications in 1994, I started in the tax industry as a tax specialist. 

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed that my client base has grown considerably. Earlier, I used to prepare taxes at my clients’ dining room tables, and now I work at an office space with twelve staff members for several thousand clients.

At Rose Tax & Accounting, my team and I enjoy analyzing clients’ returns ensuring they get the best return possible. Their smiles and satisfaction after having their returns completed are incredibly rewarding.

My team and I believe in our business philosophy, “Big Accounting Firm Smarts, Small Accounting Firm Hearts.” We believe in prioritizing our clients and their needs by building strong relationships with them. We go above and beyond to ensure that our clients have confidence in our services and feel comfortable with us. 

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my integrity and ethics. I believe in doing the right thing in an honest, fair, and responsible way. My team and I are committed to our clients to prepare the best overall solution for their personal situation, always looking at “the big picture.” We work hard at providing innovative and modernized ways to provide clients services while keeping our flat fees as reasonable as possible.

I believe that teamwork is key! I ensure that my team receives ongoing training so that it helps in improving their knowledge, commitment, and passion.

I attribute my success to my staff members who are dedicated to both the business and the clients. In fact, many of our clients look forward to receiving the same expertise from their favorite preparer each year.

Over the last twenty-six years, I have enjoyed working closely with my clients and explaining to them how the tax system works so they can make the right financial decisions in their future. That has brought me immense satisfaction and inspired me further to do better.  

When I am not at work, you’ll find me gardening or reading a good book. I also care about mistreated animals and spend my time working towards animal welfare.
